Mango & Cream Dessert by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mango puree 2 cups
- Cream 400 gm
- Saffron few drops
- Finely chopped pistachios 1/2 cup
- Mango cubes 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Plain cake 1 pound
- Milk 1 cup
Method:
- Put mango puree in 200 g cream and mix it.
- Now add saffron in milk, mix it and put sugar.
- Then set plain cake pieces in dish.
- Then put sugar and saffron milk.
- Now put mixed cream and mango puree.
- Then put 200 g cream and mango cubes and serve.
