Ingredients:
- Minced meat 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Chapli kabab masala 1 packet
- Egg 1
- Bread slices 1
For Masala:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Blended onion 1
- Blended tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- For kabab: Put mince with all ingredients in chopper and grind it nicely.
- Now make tikyan of it and keep it aside.
- For masala: Heat oil in handi, add all ingredients and fry it nicely.
- Now put kabab in it and leave for simmer for 15 minutes.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
