Ingredients:

  • Minced meat 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chapli kabab masala 1 packet
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 1

For Masala:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Blended onion 1
  • Blended tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For kabab: Put mince with all ingredients in chopper and grind it nicely.
  2. Now make tikyan of it and keep it aside.
  3. For masala: Heat oil in handi, add all ingredients and fry it nicely.
  4. Now put kabab in it and leave for simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
