Ingredients:
- Milk 1 kg
- China grass powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Red food color few drops
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Pistachios and almonds 2 tbsp
Method:
- Soak China grass powder in 1 cup water and cook until it dissolves.
- Now add milk and cook with sugar for 10 minutes.
- Then put dissolved China grass, take it out in one bowl and beat it nicely.
- Put pistachios, almonds, red food color and vanilla essence and leave it for set.
- In end, cool it and serve.
