Kamameshi Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Chicken (Strips) 250 grams
- Japanese rice 2 cups
- Black mushroom (slice) 1/2 cup
- Mushroom 5 – 6
- Chicken stock as required
- Japanese soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Garlic (Chopped) 4–5 cloves
- Chinese salt 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds oil 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut chicken into julienne strips.
- Heat oil in pan and fry chopped garlic.
- Then add chicken strips and fry.
- Now add black mushrooms, Japanese soya sauce, chopped garlic, Chinese salt, salt , sesame seeds oil and chopped mushroom, mix it and cook it.
- Add chicken stock and Japanese rice keep and simmer it.
- When simmer is completed, dish out rice and serve it.
