Fry Chicken Spaghetti by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Crushed chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chicken cubes 1
  • Water 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum 4
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put ginger garlic.
  2. When fragrance comes, put chicken boneless pieces and roast on high flame.
  3. Now put 1 cup water and close stove.
  4. Then add chicken cubes, chopped tomatoes, salt, crushed chilies and crushed black pepper and cover for 5 minutes.
  5. Now put oregano, finely chopped capsicum, lemon juice, tomato ketchup and boiled spaghetti, mix it and close stove.
