Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Warm milk as required
For Filling:
- Shredded chicken 1/2 kg
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander as required
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- For dough: Mix all ingredients except warm milk and knead with warm water.
- Now cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make it 1 inch thick roti, cut with doughnut cutter, deep fry in hot oil and take it out.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil and put garlic.
- When fragrance comes, put shredded chicken.
- Then put black pepper and salt.
- Then close stove and add chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and chopped coriander.
- Now cut doughnuts from inside and fill with filling.
