Ingredients:
- Chicken 500 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Karahi gosht masala 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Green chilies 5-6
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil or Ghee as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil or ghee in karahi pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Now add chicken and roast it.
- Then add water as required and cook it.
- Then add tomatoes and salt and roast it.
- Now add green chilies and mix it.
- When karahi leaves oil, take out in dish, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
