Falsay Ki Barfi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Falsa (paste) 500 gm
- Khoya 500 gm
- Semolina 1/2 cup
- Sugar 250 gm
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Kewra essence few drops
- Ghee 1 cup
Method:
- Put ghee in one pan, add semolina and roast it.
- Now add falsa paste and milk, crush khoya with hands and add it.
- When all ingredients becomes one, keep it aside.
- Now make syrup of sugar.
- Then put falsa mixture in syrup, put kewra essence and mix it.
- Now grease tray with oil or ghee, turn mixture and spread it.
- Then cool it, cut into pieces and serve.
