Ingredients:

  • Falsay 500 gm
  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil falsay.
  2. Now crush it nicely and keep pulp and seeds separate.
  3. Now put falsay pulp, salt, water as required and sugar in pot and cook until mixture becomes thick.
  4. Now put in blender and smooth it.
  5. Then put again in pot and cook until it boils 1-2.
  6. Then cool it, put in bottle and use when needed.
