Ingredients:
- Falsay 500 gm
- Sugar 500 gm
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil falsay.
- Now crush it nicely and keep pulp and seeds separate.
- Now put falsay pulp, salt, water as required and sugar in pot and cook until mixture becomes thick.
- Now put in blender and smooth it.
- Then put again in pot and cook until it boils 1-2.
- Then cool it, put in bottle and use when needed.
