Stewed Apples by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Apples 4 large
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Cold water 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Melt sugar, put peeled and unseeded apples and cook it for 6-7 minutes until apples are soft.
- Stir it continuously.
- Dissolve corn flour in cold water and add in apples pan.
- Then put brown sugar and ground cinnamon, boil more for 2 minutes and stir it continuously.
- Then remove from stove and serve with vanilla ice cream.
- You can serve it vanilla custard or roll in sweet crepes.
