Lahori Shawarma by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef sliced 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chili paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion slice 1
- Cucumber sliced 1
- Tomatoes sliced 1
- Capsicum sliced 1
- Cucumber pickle 1/2 cup
- Pickled pepper 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Pita bread 4
- Lettuce leaves 3-4
- Olive slices 1/2 cup
- Hummus sauce as required
- Tahini sauce as required
Method:
- For beef: Heat oil in pan and fry garlic paste.
- Now add beef slices and fry it.
- Then add turmeric powder, all spice powder, red chili paste, black pepper and salt, mix it, add water as required and tender meat.
- Now add lemon juice and mix it.
- Then add onion slice, tomato slice and capsicum slice, mix it and cook until crispy.
- Then add cucumber and pepper pickle and remove it.
- Then open pita bread pockets and add beef mixture.
- Now put lettuce leaves and olive slices.
- Then put hummus sauce and tahini sauce and serve.
