Chicken Chowmein by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Carrot 1 small
- Spring onion 1
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Bake parlor spaghetti and masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil spaghetti in boiled salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4.
- Now strain hot water, put cooled water, put 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Heat remaining oil in frying pan and fry garlic and ginger.
- Now put chicken boneless and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add cabbage, carrot, spring onion and masala mix sachet and cook more for 1 minute.
- Now fold it and serve hot.
