Ingredients:

  • Minced beef 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger 1
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper corns 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Butter 100 gm

Method:

  1. Wash minced beef and put 1 glass water, onion, cumin, coriander seeds, black pepper corns, mustard seeds, turmeric, salt and garlic cloves.
  2. Now cover it and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
  3. Then add tomatoes and oil and roast on high flame.
  4. Now heat butter and fry peas, carrot, capsicum and potatoes.
  5. Now put green chilies and fried vegetables and keep on simmer.
  6. Then take out in dish, sprinkle green coriander and ginger and serve.
