Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Tomato ketchup 1-1/2 cup
  • Finely crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Basil 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs (fresh) 2 cup
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp

For Serving:

  • Bake potatoes 2
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Olives 6

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken boneless with oregano, black pepper, salt, basil and worcester sauce.
  2. Now heat oil, add finely crushed garlic and chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put chicken, tomato ketchup and bread crumbs in oven proof dish.
  4. Then add mozzarella cheese and bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. Now take casserole chicken in platter and serve with baked potatoes, mushrooms and olives.
