Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Crushed onions 1 cup
  • Almonds 10
  • Green chili paste 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Saffron essence 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 4
  • Black pepper corns 10
  • Bay leave 1
  • Crushed all spices 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed green chilies as required
  • Crushed coriander as required

Method:

  1. Put yogurt, crushed onions, saffron essence, kewra, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, bay leave, black pepper corns, crushed all spices, coriander seeds, salt, green chili paste and almonds in pot and mix it.
  2. Now put chicken pieces, mix in it and keep in fridge.
  3. When to cook, take out before 30 minutes, put in hot oil and roast it nicely. Now put 2 glass water and cook on low flame.
  4. When chicken tender, put green chilies and coriander and serve.
