Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash beef boneless nicely and cut into small botiyan.
- Now put small botiyan, salt and ginger garlic paste in karahi pan and cook on low flame.
- When water dries, put red chili flakes and oil and roast it nicely.
- Then put crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, lemon juice and green coriander and serve hot.
