Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash beef boneless nicely and cut into small botiyan.
  2. Now put small botiyan, salt and ginger garlic paste in karahi pan and cook on low flame.
  3. When water dries, put red chili flakes and oil and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, lemon juice and green coriander and serve hot.
