Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Flour 500 gm
- Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- BBQ beef boti as required
- Onion 1
- Khatti meethi chutney as required
- Vegetables as required
Method:
- For dough: Heat water, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Now add salt, eggs, oil, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
- Then take out dough, fold with hands, give shape of burger and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-18 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
- For filling: Fill bun with beef boti, onion, khatti meethi chutney and vegetables and serve.
