Beef Boti Burger by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Flour 500 gm
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • BBQ beef boti as required
  • Onion 1
  • Khatti meethi chutney as required
  • Vegetables as required

Method:

  1. For dough: Heat water, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Now add salt, eggs, oil, baking powder and yeast in flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then take out dough, fold with hands, give shape of burger and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15-18 minutes, take it out and keep it aside.
  4. For filling: Fill bun with beef boti, onion, khatti meethi chutney and vegetables and serve.
