Ingredients:
- Brinjals 1 kg
- Poppy seeds 50 gm
- Sesame seeds 50 gm
- Peanuts 50 gm
- Coconut powder 25 gm
- Curry leaves 10
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts and cumin on tawa and grind finely.
- Now put salt, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, mustard seeds, coconut powder, curry leaves and all spice powder, roast it nicely, mix it, put in some milk and 1/2 cup oil and mix it.
- Then cut brinjals and fill masala.
- Now put in air tight box and freeze it.
