Chicken Tikka by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 or 16 pieces
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash chicken nicely, mix ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, tikka masala and salt, put in wide pan and dry its water.
  2. Put small botiyan in small kabab skewers and roast on gas stove. Also brush with some oil.
  3. Serve chicken tikka with hot naan and raita.
