Chicken Tikka by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 or 16 pieces
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Wash chicken nicely, mix ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, tikka masala and salt, put in wide pan and dry its water.
- Put small botiyan in small kabab skewers and roast on gas stove. Also brush with some oil.
- Serve chicken tikka with hot naan and raita.
