Garam Masala Rice by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Sela rice 300 gm
- Chopped garlic 4-5 cloves
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion 1-2
- Whole spice as required
- Stock as required
- Kewra essence few drops
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean rice, wash it and soak for 2 hours.
- Now heat oil in pan and roast whole spice.
- Then fry chopped garlic and onion.
- Now add yogurt and roast it.
- Then add stock.
- When it boils, add rice and boil it.
- When rice boils, add yellow food color and kewra essence and simmer it.
- Then dish it out and serve.
