Ingredients:

  • Peas 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup
  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • Chopped mint 1 bunch
  • Cauliflower 1 flower
  • Carrots 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Chopped onions 4
  • Potatoes 4
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Lemons 6
  • Green beans 10
  • All spice some
  • Yellow food color some
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil rice in pot. Also put green chilies, mint leaves, all spice, 3 small cardamom, white vinegar and salt and boil it 2/4.
  2. Then drain water and keep on chalni.
  3. Now fry onion until golden brown in pot, take out half onion and spread it.
  4. Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, all spice and 3 small cardamom in half onion, roast it lightly and put tomatoes.
  5. When tomato tender, add potatoes.
  6. Then fry cauliflower, carrot and peas lightly in separate pan and put in masala.
  7. Then add 1 lemon juice and mint and roast for 5 minutes. Masala is ready.
  8. Now grease rice pot and make layer of half rice.
  9. Then put vegetables.
  10. Then put 1 lemon juice, onion, mint and again make layer of rice in line.
  11. Now mix yellow food color in fresh milk and put in rice.
