Ingredients:
- Egg 1
- Onions 2
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all ingredients except oil, make kabab and freeze it.
- When to cook, take out 1/2 hour before and shallow fry it.
