Ingredients:

  • Dough 1/2 kg
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 2
  • Spring onions 1

Method:

  1. Finely chop green chilies, green coriander and spring onion.
  2. Now mix mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper and red chili flakes.
  3. Now make small small rotiyan of dough, fill mince in it and keep second on it.
  4. Now keep in tray and freeze it.
