Chaat Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed green chilies 5
  • Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Bake parlor macaroni masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4. Nos drain hot water, put cold water, mix oil and keep it aside.
  2. Now put boiled potatoes, green chilies, crushed coriander, mint leaves, onion and macaroni and mix it nicely.
  3. Put yogurt on top, sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
