Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Green onion 3-4 sticks
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, soya sauce and all spice powder in mixing bowl and make batter.
  2. Now marinate chicken with batter and leave for a while.
  3. Mix flour, corn flour, egg, salt and 1/2 tsp red chili powder in second mixing bowl and make batter.
  4. Then heat oil in pan.
  5. Now dip marinate chicken pieces in flour batter and deep fry on low flame.
  6. Then beat yogurt and cream in mixing bowl, also add white pepper powder and make batter.
  7. Now heat oil in second pan, put 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and roast it.
  8. Then put cream, yogurt and pepper batter, add water as required and cook on high flame.
  9. When mixture boils and thick add mozzarella cheese.
  10. When cheese dissolves, put fried chicken and mix it.
  11. Then add lemon juice and take out in dish.
  12. Then garnish with green onion and serve.
