Ingredients:
For Bhel Puri:
- Puffed Rice 2 cup
- Sev 1-2 cup
- Boiled potatoes 2
- Finely chopped tomatoes 2
- Finely chopped onion 1
- Finely chopped carrot 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped mango 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder as required
- Salt to taste
For Green Chutney:
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint 1/2 bunch
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Green chilies 4-6
- Lemon juice as required
- Salt to taste
For Sweet Sour Chutney:
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Ketchup 1 cup
- Brown sugar 1 cup
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Roasted and finely chopped cumin 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For bhel puri: Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- For sweet sour chutney: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it. Chutney is ready.
- For green chutney: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it. Chutney is ready.
- For serving: First put bhel puri in serving dish and keep noodles bowl. Fill bhel puri in it. Put green chutney and sweet sour chutney.
- Bhel puri is ready.
