Ingredients:
- Bun 1 cup
- Butter For Frying
Making Bhaji:
- Boiled spinach 1 cup
- Chopped carrot 3
- Chopped potatoes 150 grams
- Cauliflower 200 grams
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnishing:
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Making Raita:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Roasted and chopped cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili chopped 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For bhaji: Add boiled spinach, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes and water as required water in pot and mix it nicely and roast it.
- Now heat butter in pan, put onions, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice and mix it well and roast it.
- Then add this mixture in vegetables, mix it nicely and cook it.
- Then crush it lightly and cook on low flame. Bhaji is ready.
- For bun: Cut bun in to parts, put butter on tawa and toast it.
- For Raita: Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat it nicely. Raita is ready.
- For serving: Put bhaji in serving platter and put butter.
- Then put finely chopped green chiles and chat masala.
- Then garnish with chopped onions and fresh coriander.
- Put hot bun and serve hot with raita.
