Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Chopped garlic 4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Raw mango pieces 4

Method:

  1. Heat mustard oil in karahi pan, put chopped garlic and fry until golden brown.
  2. Now add potatoes and salt and cook on low flame.
  3. When potatoes tender, put whole red chilies, white cumin, turmeric and raw mango pieces.
  4. Then cover it and simmer it on low flame.
  5. Serve hot with hot puri or chapati.
