Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Chopped garlic 4
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 8
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Raw mango pieces 4
Method:
- Heat mustard oil in karahi pan, put chopped garlic and fry until golden brown.
- Now add potatoes and salt and cook on low flame.
- When potatoes tender, put whole red chilies, white cumin, turmeric and raw mango pieces.
- Then cover it and simmer it on low flame.
- Serve hot with hot puri or chapati.
