Ingredients:
- Semolina 2-1/2 cup
- Green chilies 5-6
- Whole red chilies 4-5
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 10-15
- Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, put curry leaves, salt, green chilies, whole cumin and mustard seeds and cook until fragrance of curry leaves comes.
- Then put semolina, mix it and roast it.
- Now put water, mix it nicely and keep on simmer.
- For bhagar: Put oil in pan, put curry leaves, whole red chilies, mustard seeds and cumin and make bhagar.
- Now put upma in serving dish, put bhagar and serve.
