Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Papaya 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 gm
- Shashlik sticks as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, cream, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, crushed green chilies, salt, papaya and lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.
- Then put chicken botiyan in shashlik sticks and freeze it.
- Then heat butter in frying pan and cook on both sides on low flame for 10 minutes.
