Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Shashlik sticks as required

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, cream, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, crushed green chilies, salt, papaya and lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Then put chicken botiyan in shashlik sticks and freeze it.
  3. Then heat butter in frying pan and cook on both sides on low flame for 10 minutes.
