Murgh Taka Tak by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 1 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Hard boiled eggs 2-3
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put cumin seeds, onion, crushed garlic and ginger and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now put chicken mince. Also put tomato slice, green chilies, chili powder, salt and all spice powder, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add hard boiled eggs and make taka tak with 2 spoons.
- Then put all spice powder, tomato puree, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Then add lemon juice and serve with naan.
