Burmese Pulao by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 4
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 3 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Boiled eggs 3
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 6
- Boiled noodles 1 cup
- Wafer chips as required
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Suree sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion with ginger garlic for 5 minutes.
- Now add chicken, tomatoes, turmeric, salt and chili powder and fry it nicely.
- Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
- Now add green chilies and coriander leaves and keep on simmer.
- Then put sweet chili sauce.
- For assemble: Make 1 layer of boiled rice in one dish.
- Put boiled noodles on top. Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Make layer of boiled chicken.
- Then put boiled eggs and wafer chips and serve hot.
