Ingredients:

  • Chicken or Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients except chopped green coriander and oil in big bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then mix some masala and leave it for while.
  3. Then put oil in pot and cook it.
  4. When water dries, roast it lightly, put chopped green coriander and serve hot.

  • For sehri, this is an excellent recipe. I also added little dhania and garam masala powders. Plz do use lemon juice in this dish. Very soft and nice taste.
