Ingredients:
- Chicken or Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 125 gm
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt cream 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 2
- Lemons 4
- Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put all ingredients except chopped green coriander and oil in big bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then mix some masala and leave it for while.
- Then put oil in pot and cook it.
- When water dries, roast it lightly, put chopped green coriander and serve hot.
