Shashlik Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Stock 2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green onion 1-2 sticks
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put chopped onion and fry it.
  2. Then add chopped garlic and fry it.
  3. Now put chili garlic sauce, sesame seeds oil, black pepper, salt and stock and cook it.
  4. When it boils, dissolves corn flour in water, add it gradually and cook until thick.
  5. When sauce is thick, add green onion, mix it and remove it.
