Dum Ky Fried Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 8
- Whole white cumin 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 2 cup
- Potatoes 1 cup
- Suree chili sauce 3 tbsp
- Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- All spices 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs as required
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp green chilies, whole red chilies, whole white cumin, salt and water with beef boneless in pressure cooker and cook until meat tender and dry.
- Now cool meat and chop in chopper. Then mix potatoes, chili sauce, soya sauce, chaat masala, all spice, black pepper, chopped onion, coriander leaves, 4 green chilies and 1 egg in it.
- Now make kabab of pati shape. Then dip in 1 egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
