Dum Ky Fried Kababs by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Whole white cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 2 cup
  • Potatoes 1 cup
  • Suree chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • All spices 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) 1
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp green chilies, whole red chilies, whole white cumin, salt and water with beef boneless in pressure cooker and cook until meat tender and dry.
  2. Now cool meat and chop in chopper. Then mix potatoes, chili sauce, soya sauce, chaat masala, all spice, black pepper, chopped onion, coriander leaves, 4 green chilies and 1 egg in it.
  3. Now make kabab of pati shape. Then dip in 1 egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
