Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas 250 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 25
  • Khatai powder 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put khatai powder, chaat masala, salt, chili powder and cumin in bowl, mix with 1/2 cup water and make thick paste.
  2. Now heat oil, add chopped onion and fry it until light golden.
  3. Then put curry leaves. Then put mix spices paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add chickpeas and potatoes.
  5. In end, put green coriander and green chilies and take it out.
