Ingredients:
- Chickpeas 250 gm
- Potatoes 2
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves 25
- Khatai powder 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put khatai powder, chaat masala, salt, chili powder and cumin in bowl, mix with 1/2 cup water and make thick paste.
- Now heat oil, add chopped onion and fry it until light golden.
- Then put curry leaves. Then put mix spices paste and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add chickpeas and potatoes.
- In end, put green coriander and green chilies and take it out.
