Chicken Pastry Cups by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 2 sheets
- Leftover chicken chunks 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Oil to grease
Method:
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees C.
- Roll out pastry sheets and cut into small squares (according to your baking tray).
- Spray cooking oil over muffin molds.
- Place pastry sheets into molds forming cup shape.
- Spoon in leftover chicken chunks and top it off with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, till sides of sheets turn golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
