Chicken Pastry Cups by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 2 sheets
  • Leftover chicken chunks 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Oil to grease

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees C.
  2. Roll out pastry sheets and cut into small squares (according to your baking tray).
  3. Spray cooking oil over muffin molds.
  4. Place pastry sheets into molds forming cup shape.
  5. Spoon in leftover chicken chunks and top it off with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, till sides of sheets turn golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
