Aloo Chanay Ki Tarkari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chickpeas 250 gm
  • Boiled potatoes 250 gm
  • Red chili chopped 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 3-4 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 3-4
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in pan and fry onion.
  2. now add garlic paste and mix it.
  3. Now put boiled potatoes cubes and boiled chickpeas.
  4. Now add red chili powder, crushed cumin, tamarind paste, all spice powder and salt.
  5. Also add water as required and cook until potatoes and chickpeas mix together.
  6. Then put onion seeds and mix it.
  7. Then dish out, garnish with fresh coriander and chopped green chili and serve.
