Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 250 gm
- Boiled potatoes 250 gm
- Red chili chopped 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 3-4 tbsp
- Chopped green chili 3-4
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put oil in pan and fry onion.
- now add garlic paste and mix it.
- Now put boiled potatoes cubes and boiled chickpeas.
- Now add red chili powder, crushed cumin, tamarind paste, all spice powder and salt.
- Also add water as required and cook until potatoes and chickpeas mix together.
- Then put onion seeds and mix it.
- Then dish out, garnish with fresh coriander and chopped green chili and serve.
