Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 500 grams
  • Fish fry masala as required
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put boneless fish, fish fry masala, garlic paste, corn flour, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl and marinate it.
  2. Now coat fish with all purpose flour.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry fish.
  4. Then take it out in serving platter and serve with sauce or ketchup.
