Ingredients:
- Fish boneless 500 grams
- Fish fry masala as required
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put boneless fish, fish fry masala, garlic paste, corn flour, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl and marinate it.
- Now coat fish with all purpose flour.
- Heat oil in pan and fry fish.
- Then take it out in serving platter and serve with sauce or ketchup.
