Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces 1 kg
  • Cold water 2 cups
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with chili sauce, soya sauce, crushed red chilies, brown sugar, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste and Chinese salt and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now mix corn flour and flour, coat chicken with it and put in cold water.
  3. Now again coat in corn flour and flour mixture, put in air tight box and freeze it.
