Frozen Shami Kabab by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 250 gm
- Gram lentil 4 tbsp
- Boiled potato 1
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Small cardamom 2
- Red chili 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Garlic cloves 4
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Crushed all spices 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put mince, gram lentil, cumin, fennel seeds, whole coriander, small cardamom, red chili, salt, finely chopped ginger, garlic cloves and 2 glass water in pot and boil on low flame.
- When water dries and all ingredients are tendered, cool it.
- Now put boiled potato and grind in chopper.
- Now put egg, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and crushed all spices and mix it nicely.
- Then make kabab and freeze it.
