Pasta Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast cubes 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili sliced 3-4
  • Carrot sliced 1 medium
  • Spring onion sliced 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Bread slice 2
  • Bake parlor pasta and bake parlor masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil pasta in salt water for 5 minutes until it remains 1/4. Now drain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat 5 tbsp oil in pan, put garlic paste, ginger paste and spring onion and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add chicken breast cubes and masala mix sachet and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Then add 2 cup water and cook until boil. Then cook more for 15 minutes on medium flame. Now remove cover and cook on high flame until water dries.
  5. Put bread slice, cooked chicken, carrot sliced, green chilies and green onion in chopped and make mince finely.
  6. Now mix pasta in mixture nicely.
  7. Then make small small round tikkiyan of mince. Heat oil in frying pan and fry kababs on both sides.
  8. Then serve hot with bake parlor bbq sauce.
  9. Now make small tikkiyan.
  10. Heat oil in pan and fry kabab on both sides for 5 minutes.
  11. Now roll in manda patti and deep fry it.
