Ingredients:
- Chicken breast cubes 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili sliced 3-4
- Carrot sliced 1 medium
- Spring onion sliced 3
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped 1 medium
- Bread slice 2
- Bake parlor pasta and bake parlor masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil pasta in salt water for 5 minutes until it remains 1/4. Now
drain hot water, put cold water, mix 1 tbsp oil and keep it aside.
- Now heat 5 tbsp oil in pan, put garlic paste, ginger paste and spring onion and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add chicken breast cubes and masala mix sachet and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add 2 cup water and cook until boil. Then cook more for 15 minutes on medium flame. Now remove cover and cook on high flame until water dries.
- Put bread slice, cooked chicken, carrot sliced, green chilies and green onion in chopped and make mince finely.
- Now mix pasta in mixture nicely.
- Then make small small round tikkiyan of mince. Heat oil in frying pan and fry kababs on both sides.
- Then serve hot with bake parlor bbq sauce.
- Now make small tikkiyan.
- Heat oil in pan and fry kabab on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Now roll in manda patti and deep fry it.
