Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes until light brown.
- Now put yogurt, crushed red pepper, cumin seeds, salt, all spice and chaat masala and mix it.
- Then add this paste in chicken, mix it nicely, cover it and cook until it is ready and gravy remains thick.
- Then put green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with parathay.
