Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes until light brown.
  2. Now put yogurt, crushed red pepper, cumin seeds, salt, all spice and chaat masala and mix it.
  3. Then add this paste in chicken, mix it nicely, cover it and cook until it is ready and gravy remains thick.
  4. Then put green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with parathay.
