Khara Masala Keema by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 500 gm
- Garlic chopped 4-5 cloves
- Onion chopped 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tsp
- Black cardamom 3-4
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Cloves 4-5
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
- Ginger slice 1 inch
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add whole black pepper, whole cumin, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves and roast it.
- Then add chopped onion and chopped garlic and fry it.
- When onion is brown, add mince and roast it.
- Then put red chili flakes, mix it nicely and roast it.
- When mince is nearly tender, add fresh coriander and green chilies and simmer it.
- When simmered, dish out it and serve with parathay.
