Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour 300 gm
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Ghee fro frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add butter and salt in flour, mix it and knead with milk.
  2. Now make portions.
  3. Then roll it long with hands and make portions.
  4. Now put ghee on tawa, roll potions and fry on tawa.
  5. Then serve with hot.
