Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Potatoes 2
  • Onion 1 large
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Green chilies 4-6
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Samosa patti 1 packet
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Bake parlor macaroni and masala mix sachet

For Samosa:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Water to knead

Method:

  1. For samosa dough: Knead all ingredients and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Now make balls of it and make long cut in center.
  3. For filling: Make filling of chicken mince, potatoes, onion, green chilies, egg, flour, salt, coriander, macaroni and masala mix sachet. Then fill in samosa patti and deep fry it.
