Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Potatoes 2
- Onion 1 large
- Cooking oil for frying
- Green chilies 4-6
- Egg 1
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Samosa patti 1 packet
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Bake parlor macaroni and masala mix sachet
For Samosa:
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Water to knead
Method:
- For samosa dough: Knead all ingredients and leave for rise for 30 minutes.
- Now make balls of it and make long cut in center.
- For filling: Make filling of chicken mince, potatoes, onion, green chilies, egg, flour, salt, coriander, macaroni and masala mix sachet. Then fill in samosa patti and deep fry it.
