Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead it.
  2. Now put boiled gram lentil, roasted cumin, whole red chilies and salt in chopper and chop it.
  3. Then make balls of dough, fill gram lentil mixture and leave it for a while.
  4. Then roll in and fry on low flame.
  5. When fried, serve with chutney.
