Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Boiled gram lentil 1 cup
- Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 5-6
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead it.
- Now put boiled gram lentil, roasted cumin, whole red chilies and salt in chopper and chop it.
- Then make balls of dough, fill gram lentil mixture and leave it for a while.
- Then roll in and fry on low flame.
- When fried, serve with chutney.
