Samosa Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Onion 1 large
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Green chili 4-6
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Samosa patti or Roll patti 1 packet
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Bake parlor macaroni and masala mix sachet

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th. Then drain hot water, put cold water, put oil and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan, put chicken mince and masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add onion, coriander and green chili, cook more for 1 minute, remove from stove, mix in pasta and keep it aside.
  4. Now put flour and egg in pan and mix it nicely.
  5. For samosa: Fill pasta and mince mixture in samosa patti and close with egg mixture.
  6. Heat oil in karahi pan and cook samosa until golden.
  7. When ready serve hot with bake parlor ketchup.
