Samosa Macaroni by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Onion 1 large
- Cooking oil for frying
- Green chili 4-6
- Egg 1
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Samosa patti or Roll patti 1 packet
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Bake parlor macaroni and masala mix sachet
Method:
- Boil macaroni in salt water for 5-7 minutes until it remains 1/4th. Then drain hot water, put cold water, put oil and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan, put chicken mince and masala and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add onion, coriander and green chili, cook more for 1 minute, remove from stove, mix in pasta and keep it aside.
- Now put flour and egg in pan and mix it nicely.
- For samosa: Fill pasta and mince mixture in samosa patti and close with egg mixture.
- Heat oil in karahi pan and cook samosa until golden.
- When ready serve hot with bake parlor ketchup.
