Ingredients:

For Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Water 250 gm

For Jalebi:

  • Yeast 100 gm
  • Flour 200 gm
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Water 100 gm
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. For syrup: Mix all ingredients and cook until it boils.
  2. Now remove form stove.
  3. For jalebi: Mix yeast, flour, soda and water and make paste.
  4. Now put this mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebi in hot oil.
  5. Then fry it until brown on both sides.
  6. Then put in syrup and serve.
