Ingredients:
For Syrup:
For Jalebi:
- Yeast 100 gm
- Flour 200 gm
- Soda 1 pinch
- Water 100 gm
- Oil for frying
Method:
- For syrup: Mix all ingredients and cook until it boils.
- Now remove form stove.
- For jalebi: Mix yeast, flour, soda and water and make paste.
- Now put this mixture in jalebi cloth and make jalebi in hot oil.
- Then fry it until brown on both sides.
- Then put in syrup and serve.
