Blue Colada With A Twist by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Pineapple 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
- Fresh coconut malai 1 cup
- Pineapple juice 1-1/2 cup
- Crushed ice 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Blue color few drops
Method:
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend it.
- Then garnish with pineapple and cherries and serve.
